The Wlan driver dont work?

I'm using ideapad s100....
what happened is i experienced some black screen issue in the startup which lead to the computer asking for system repair for which i did,... but after that, my computer is not detecting any wireless network. When I download the latest driver from lenovo for which i thought the problem is the driver, it was successfully installed but still the issue was not resolved and it also didn't appear in the device manager. I do system restore but still the problem is there and it also restores my previous black screen problem :smileysad:..... Internet cable works with the laptop and only the wifi is the problem.
When i run the Quick Start OS of lenovo, the wifi is working there...... so i was wondering which has the problem, The Windows 7 OS?
also when i press the Fn+F5 key while in the windows 7 OS, which will show the wireless adapters, only the bluetooth appears in which before, it shows both bluetooth and wifi....
I'm planning to factory restore this laptop if i really didn't find a solution, but i'm not sure if this will solve the issue because the system restore didn't help at all.

Any suggestions? thanks in advance :smileyhappy:

Re: The Wlan driver don't work?

Try Updating the Bios  and Lenovo Energy management software  . Since you are able to use the wlan in quick start  it means wlan card is ok . If this does not fix  , then you can do a factory reset using OKR

Hope This Helps
Cheers!!!
