Windows 7 starter booting problems with My Ideapad s-10

I have windows 7 starter booting problems with My Ideapad s-10...error message says a recently connected device have changed the configuration or settings and windows cannot start up, have tried the recovery option but not fixed....tried using one touch recovery button but the problem was not fixed also..have tried booting with Qs but after it opens and I clicked the FB icons nothing happens...display also became distorted..please advice sir...thanks newbie here
