how to obtain Lenovo Idea Central software?

I know, I know, most of you probably regard the Idea Central software as just another marketing tool that should be removed but I actually like it for the quick video content page, news items, etc.

So I'm thinking of rebuilding my S10-3 to get a cleaner software load without some of the other Lenovo sw junk but I actually would like to have the Idea Central software. Any idea where I can get it. It isn't posted as a download on the Lenovo site.

Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
