I did fresh install to windows 7, and installed all the drivers, and now if I leave the lid open or close it, it goes to sleep or hibernate and I can't wake it up.
The power button blinks or the light stays on neither way I tried pressing keys or pressing the power button and nothing happens but I can feel it "think".
Only holding the power button for shutdown "helps".
I tried changing the options in windows power management and at the lenovo energy management, and didn't found something that solve it.
Thanks

Updated the bios even that I think that I already did it before..so it didn't helped
and hibernate is working fine.
For now I canceled the sleep mode timer and when closing the lid..
And allowed hardrive shutdown or something like that..tried stuff in the windows power management

Hi ![]()
I have an Lenovo S10-2, i got it from my school with 1GB ram and XP on it, but i had an old laptop that uses the same ram like my lenovo so i took the ram and put them into it so i got 2GB ram, and then i installed Windows 7 on it, All the drivers installed and programs like Energy Management.. But when it is on High Perfomance its getting so hot that im thinking "On high performance does that overclock the pc or what ?" and does it overclock it ??
And when im setting it on sleep i cant get it to start again its just a black screen what can i do there ??
