"bootmgr is missing" was displayed when I start my netbook, and I don't have a CD-ROM

You didnt try to install an other system ?

If you didnt  something like that...

... could be a harddrive eror .. call your local service..

I have tried to restore my lenovo s10 using the one key recovery, it got stuck and then I am receiving Missing bootmgr message. What can I do to restore one key recovery? I am not able to boot via windows nor one key.

Are you sure you haven't made any upgrades or alterations to OS or resized HDD partitions?

If not, try updating One Key Recovery feature for Win XP

Unfortunately you might just do a fresh install at this point.
