I guess my wireless card has been shut off or something.
It used to work just fine until now.
I tried Fn + F5 and there was no response.
I even pluged in with my internet cable that works just fine on my other computer
but it says unidentified network and won't work...
does neone have an idea???
P.S. one last thing, at somepoint the pop-up for controlling volume and brightness wont come up nemore. any ideas??
thank you guys,!

The OS of My ideapad s10-3 is windows XP. Lenovo Energymanagment can not work in windows XP but in windows 7. There is no bright when I plug the cable in though the cable worked well in another laptop just now. I don't know why. Maybe there is something wrong of the hardware. I just bought the netbook 4 days ago. My email address is xxxxxxxx or xxxxxxx. Thank you!

my mistake.
i flipped the wireless switch just above the SD card reader thinking it was a locking mechanish for the card.
to get it working again i flipped the switch back again, shutdown, powered on, hit Fn-F5 and enabled the wireless.

This solved my WiFi issue as well.
AFter installing this, Fn-F5 brought up the pop up that allowed me to power on the wifI card and the Bluetooth.
Worked like a charm.
Thanks so much.
