Help me guys!

the camera of my laptop is not working anymore, It started when I installed a camera driver, which I really dont have. I think it replaces my easy camera driver. Then, when Im logging in through veriface it just says there that veriface could not open the camera! What should I do?

Hello mate,

Uninstall your current camera driver which is obviously not the right one and install this one : http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/us/en/DriversDownloads/drivers_show_2688.html

guys, i have some problem too .

about a week ago, my webcam with YouCam and Camtasia was still working .

but yesterday when i was trying to use YouCam , there's a notif like this .

how should I do ?

my webcam can't use til now.

I uninstalled the Lenovo EasyCamera aready, then I try to re-install it, appear a notification "setup failed"

i'm so desperate.

should I go to lenovo service center to fix this ???

try to restore the system by pressing one key recover button ( perform clean windows installation )

i have no idea about to press one key recovery.
cause i have no back up for C drive.
I'm afraid to lose my data (again).

test your camera, if you are not able to see yourself, probably software issue, shipping back your laptop back to lenovo is only solution. ( before make sure you installed the correct drivers for your camera )
