the PC has stopped working

Good evening,
I bought a Lenovo computer s 100  ... the PC has stopped working and I think this is a problem linked to the graphic card because the pc turns on but the screen stays black and nothing happens, no LEDs turn on and no beep at the beginning ...

Hi

Please try following options

1. Remove battery , Ac Adaptor  Press the power switch for few seconds (15-20 sec)

2. Connect Ac adaptor and check if you are able to see any display

If you are able to view the display then shutdown connect battery back and check

If  there is no dislay , i suggest you vist the nearest service center
