2 display connect to y550p

Hi!

 

 I have a notebook Lenovo Y550p. Notebook has a graphics card Nvidia GT 240m and two outputs - HDMI and D-SUB. Can I connect two external monitors - one for HDMI, second for D-Sub - that they are show two different desktops(not duplication)? Do they work?

p.s. i use ubuntu 10.4 and I want to see two work desktops (not duplication) at once.
