ACPI Lid and ACPI DelayMan Filter show errors in Device Manager

When I open Device Manager, under System Devices those two have errors associated with them.

For ACPI DelayMan Filter

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

For ACPI Lid

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

How do I fix this...and what do they do?

Well..right click on ACPI Lid and then choose uninstall the drivers. Do the same for DelayMan filter. ACPI Lid reinstalls by itself after restart and my DelayMan filter came back as an optional choice among the Windows Updates. Hope this helps.

Oh and I don't even know what delayman filter actually is. All I know is that when my ACPI Lid had an error, it caused my pc to keep on running when I closed the lid(it didn't go to sleep or anything plus my "Choose what computer does when Lid is closed" option was gone from wins. The driver reinstall restored it back.
