BSOD error on the Y450

hi,

my daugther's Y450 is getting the famous BSOD error OX80070091. she's away at university at the moment so i'm no way near the computer. i will be having possession this friday. OS is vista if that helps any. any  heads up would be helpful until i get my hands on the Y450.

the error code 80070091 means "the directory is not empty”. use this link to remove Windows.old files

if you are prompted any error message such as directories are not empty, go into all those no-names directories, check if they are empty and delete them one by one, then go one level up in the tree, delete the no-names directories.

ok, the y450 didn't do any BSOD during my possession, however i did the disc clean-up recommendation and still hasn't went blue yet. a disc clean-up seems to be a easy fix but a big trouble for vista!?!? only if i knew vista is so vulnerable, ggrr! crossing my fingers the y450 keeps out of trouble.
