BSOD on Y570 - serial problem?!

How many of you had this problem, anyone had it fixed?

I read on this forum posts and posts, all of you complaining, and I don't see any solution here!?

PLEASE HELP, LENOVO RESPOND!

This is obviously serial problem, I just bought my laptop and this appears constantly.

I tried with NVIDIA card driver update, but doesn't work for me!

Please help!

Try to update BIOS version 47CN25WW or higher version and Touchpad driver to 15.2.16.3 or higher version together.

I don t wanna mess with BIOS now, I am not kind of PRO here :/

Before you update bios go to system information and find out which bios you have, this is mine from my Y570 

BIOS Version/Date LENOVO 47CN30WW(V2.08), 8/1/2011

Do you use the laptop keyboard or an external one? Because if you use the laptop's keyboard, I'll like to see if using an external one makes any difference. Also you could try checking your event viewer  as soon as you come back from the  BSOD happening to check the logs.

I have y560 and this is help me, of course if you have switchable graphics...

I think to many people have same problems with Y560, I dont have time to send

laptop(still waranty) to Lenovo service and wait . I make something, definitiv , what help me, I I did not get Bsod 3 days, system ist ok.Just go in Bios and disable INTEL grafik, and no more BSOD, normal I think this is Lenovo problem, but I am hapy with only hd5730.Wher is problem? ( board or something else),Lenovo schud get answer.

I spend 20 days to make system work, and this is not ok, but definiti SYSTEM WORK EXELENT WITH ONLY ONE GRAPHICS  CARD, I know , I lost switchable graphics, but, it is better then Lenovo service?

Contact Tech Support directly would be faster to resolve your problems.

When you lost switchable graphic function, your battery would last shorter. Wouldn't it be better to send in your machine for days to get the problem fixed than using a slight malfunction machine? If you really need a machine for your work, you could probably try to request a loaner set for you to use while they service your machine.

You're right, but I'm y560 bought in Germany, unfortunately, guarantee this kind of machines not covered in Bosnia and Hercegovini.It is posible , this is not a hardware problem, but really have no time to occupy this computer.Laptop work 4 days already excellent . try to install new drivers for Intel graphics and I will let you know what happened

1. You could try reset your BIOS to factory default. (You could change back to your own setting if it is stabilized)

2. Uninstall all Intel and AMD / NVIDIA GPU driver and restart your computer.

3. Get the latest Intel and AMD / NVIDIA (depends on your GPU) driver and BIOS from Lenovo Support website, install and restart your computer.

4. Get the latest Intel Chipset driver here. (May require you to restart your computer)

5. You could get the latest Intel and AMD / NVIDIA (depends on your GPU) driver from their website, install and restart your computer. (Optional, for better performance)
