I just brought a y460 last week, and it arrived on November 1, however lenovo did not secure the optical drive when they shipped out the laptop... So right now the optical drive is loose and can be pull/slide out easily. I have called lenovo for the missing screw, but they say I need to send the laptop in for depot repair, which would mean a week or two of down time for my productivity... Does anyone one have a suggestion for this issue? Thanks

Well I have call them for the screw but they said they will not send it to me, so they give me two options: either send it to depot or request for a RMA and get a replacement unit. I guess I should RMA and get a different laptop, one with a secured optical drive....
