Display adapter driver for windows server 2003 R2 X64 [ Edited ]

Hi...
My laptop is ideapad Y550p. and i installed windows server 2003 r2 X64.
but i have problem in installation of  display adapter driver.all drivers of display adapters on your site<lenovo.com> did not install on this laptop.
i need a dispaly driver for windows server R2 X64.....
please uplaod me XP X64 or windows server 2003 R2 X64 driver.

Windows Server 2003 runs on the same kernel / architecture as Windows XP. With it being a 64 bit OS, you'll need a driver that works on Windows XP 64 bit.

Do you know if the adapter is nVidia or Intel?

P.S. Lenovo's site probably won't provide these drivers. You can get them from www.intel.com or www.nvidia.com, depending on which card it is.

Exactly, Windows XP 64 bits drivers. But, BUT, you must to install the drivers using an alternative method because some VGA drivers ask for another components.

1. Download 7-Zip and extract the exe file.
2. Go to device manager, and select the VGA card (generic one).
3. Click with secondary button, properties, then search for "install drivers" (or something like that).
4. The driver will be installed.
5. Open regedit.exe.
6. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and disable any driver related file. This will prevent for loading any icon to your taskbar.
