Does Y580 ship with TV input adapter?

Hi,

 

Y580 has TV tuner, but the TV input connector is incompatible with the TV antenna plug in my city (Hong Kong). The plug in Hong Kong is like the left handle side one in the following picture.

May I know whether it ships with an adaptor? If no, may I know what kind of adaptor I should buy?
