Factory MBR needed

I have a Lenovo Y430.  My daughter spilled a large amount of water on the keyboard.  I removed all of the part to check for an king of damage.  There was water down in the chip set.  I pulled the hdd and extracted all of the personal data D.  I did however, neglect to backup the factory.wsi file.  Does anyone have a download or copy, I could use.
