Fn + F3 key not working - Y510 model

My Fn + F3 function has failed, and I am unable to switch between display monitors. What puzzles me is that the other Fn + ? functions are working normally.

 

I am sure I have used this function on this laptop before, but as that was sometime ago I am not sure if any recent system/registry amendments could have caused it.

 

Could someone please advice me to get it working again?
