Full Screen Video Tearing on IdeaPad Y550

Why does my IdeaPad Y550 show horizontal "tearing" w/full screen video in Win7? It was fine in Vista. Source (YouTube vs. DVDs) doesn't make a difference. Video driver is up to date. Thanks!

It has to do with vsync. I fixed it by forcing vsync in nVidia Control Panel. I also forced it in my decoder (in my case, FFD Show).

no graphic issue with my y550, if you already tried lenovo official download page to install drivers, try nvidia.com
