I know that it enhances boot speed but how does it do that internally really ?
I have a Kingston KC 100 120 GB SATA-III as my main hard disk and the 64 GB SSD - SATA II which came with my notebook
Is this program like defragmenting my boot files or what is it doing really? I was under the impression that SSDs do not need defragmentation so I am wondering whether this Boot optimizer would help me in this case or not?
How does it do the magic?

Hi berryracer,
This is an old article, but the basics are still the same.
There was a video in Lenovo Blogs that explained it in pretty good detail, if I can find it, I'll link it.
Edit: I found it, it was a youtube video .
