How to remove hard drive on Y430?

I'm trying to swap out the hard drive for a faster one on my new Y430 but am having some trouble.  I have found the place where the hard drive sits, but when I remove the screws, I cannot remove the plate - it seems to be attached to something.  I don't want to force it for fear of breaking something.

 

Does anyone have any tips on getting these hard drives out?

Give it a gentle pull. The panel has several tabs on the edges to hold it securely in place. It's not going to just fall off.
