In fact i don't wanted to disturb you for such simple queries. But no
other option was left to me but to reach you.
I Purchase Lenovo IdeaPad from Thailand in the month of October. The
Ideapad worked fine and suddenly 3 days ago i observed battery
charging problem. So, i called up Lenovo Support Center for the
possible solution of my problem. Even though they were polite in
attending the queries nobody was able to give me the solution for the
same. Infact every time i got new toll free no from each toll free no
i dialled. Now, the situation is i have a list of toll free nos nut
non of them are of use to me.
Sir, frankly speaking i m frustrated with this issue and not in a
position to contact any other toll free nos but to reach you. Sorry
for disturbing you for this simple issue.
From this it is come to understood that henceforth if any problem
occurs to my Ideapad I have to pay the money or else i have to fly
back to Thailand for all the queries.
My Idea Pad SR No. is xxxxxxxxxx IdeaPad U160 (Purchased from
Thailand, Support not Provided in India).
