IdeaPad U165 - Hitachi and SATA II ?

Hallo, i have Ideapad U165 with HDD Hitachi (Drive Model:  HITACHI HTS545025B9A300) - 250GB. This model supports SATA II interface 3Gb/s, but HWINFO32 show me 1,5Gb/s.

 

I tried to change interface through the Hitachi feature tool. I prepared bootable USB flash disk with ftool.exe. After successful launch Hitachi feature tool I tried switch to 3Gb/s, but after confirmation Hitachi utility notify, that my system does not support this change. What can i do?  Any idea? 

I have enable AHCI in BIOS. Sholud I switch interface to compatible mode in BIOS? Thank you for your help.
