Sorry, but did you read the solution from Microsoft there? For to check if it working or not - I need to check my ALL drivers by install-uninstall.

nope, i didn't read carefully, to be honest.
probably card reader, network adapters, sound driver.
un-install these and check if the issue persists.

Finally I've found the reason - the reason is a special version of ESET NOD.

I've spent so much time for to find that....

1 or 2 days of just decrypting of windows dumps... (that was are totally unuseful, btw)

I think it's not only for Lenovo, but for all notebooks (or desktops) with Win7+special version of ESET Smart Security Suit 4.

The reason why computer can't sleep or to do a hibernation with BSODs, etc. - dirty firewall module of ESET.

You need just uninstall ESET NOD32 Smart Security 4.2.40 and higher to 4.2.71 as minimum, or more fresh version.
