I had the same problem. SRS doesn't worked anymore and I found missing that
now it s ok.
I have another problem with blue-screens caused by errors maked by wireless and video processes.
I hope lenovo will fix these problems with a bios or adriver update soon.

I had bought Lenovo Z570 on 4th Jun 2012...faced the similar issue with audio and sound.
1. I had forst uninstalled/disabled/removed SRS Premium software from my system (found under D:/Drivers/SRS>Setup)
2. Downloaded Realtek High Definition Audio Driver from http://consumersupport.lenovo.com for my serial no
3. Deleted existing driver of Realtek Sound under Device Manager
4. Installed the new driver
5. Took a restore backup at this point (without SRS and with new audio driver)
Problem is now resolved.
I think Z570 has a hardware issue with SRS software and Audio program.
Request Lenovo support and technical team to please attend this issue and send an update to your customers as early as possible.
