Ideapad Y450 build to order?

Does lenovo have any timeline , if at all to offer the Y450 in a Build to Order (and I mean Build to order, component wise, not just customize and buy.. ie: warranties) configuration like the Y550 and the thinkpads. If not, would someone pass on the suggestion to oferr the Y450 in a build to order configuration.
