Ideapad Y560p - Fan won't start

Hello people:

I recently sent my lap to lenovo repair due to a screen problem but that's only the setup to the problem i'm having now. During repair the motherboard was substituted, since then the fan doesn't seem to start and i've suffered a few shut downs from overheating. Please tell if there's a way to configure the fan manually or... whatever i have to do.

Maybe someone forgot to plug the fan in?

Remove the large panel on the bottom to check.
(Unplug power and remove battery first)

If it IS unplugged, be careful plugging it in,
the socket has very small pins which bend easily.

It was plugged, and somehow it works now although i did nothing. And its all thanks to you mystery man, really thank you!
