Ideapad Z570 bluetooth problem

Hi

i have Ideapad  Z570 lenevo laptop.

i downloaded bluetooth driver for my laptop (os : XP)

installed it and restart my pc.

i see My Bluetooth Places icon and click it to activate bluetooth but i got following error

"Bluetooth device not found

Please verify that your Bluetooth device is properly connected and turned on."

i want to connect Bluetooth with my mobile device.

please help me to solve this issue.

Can anyone help me with my bluetooth? I have a lenovo ideapad z470 laptop and whenever i send a file via bluetooth,a message says that bluetooth device not found. i don't know what i've done. i have already send a file via bluetooth before but now it's not working..

make sure you have blueetooth hardware first.

when you press fn + f5 ( after activating wireless switch ) if you don't see any option to turn on/off bluetooth, you don't have bluetooth.

im sure i have the bluetooth hardware since i was able to send file via bluetooth last week.. and now it's not working..if i press Fn + f5 i can't see the bluetooth..and when i try to search and open bluetooth, it won't open..

hi my laptop is z470 i have a bluetooth problem in my laptop in the first when i purchased the laptop it worked fine but now when formated the os and trying to install the bluetooth driver it says"no bluetooth device found " i turned on the bluetooth switch which is at the front of my laptop and also i activated by fn+f5 by its not working please help me

hi, sometime ago I take the same problem ,after de formatation when I gone instal de driver of bluetooth, appears  than device of bluetooth do not exist, but a have this device, I have tried everything but can't instal

Please verify that your Bluetooth device is properly connected and turned on." I hv tried everything from web site and from laptop control penal too . I hv tried Fn-F5 also  in my laptop.  this is third time happened.  

Pls help me.
