Ideapad Z570 bluetooth problem

not getting periphehal driver device on line. bluetooth icon is seen. bluetooth is not working. pls advice.

I had the problem before, all you have to do ->
Open 'Services' (Type in the Search bar, 'Services')
When in Services, Find Bluetooth Related Services, there will be 2 options,

1. 'Bluetooth Service'
2. 'Bluetooth Support Service'

Click Both and check for Running Status, if Stopped simply start the services.
Usually its the 'Bluetooth Support Service' that stops, so just simply turn it on and you will be able to access all the options.

hi, pls teach me how can send file to my lenovo laptop ideal pad z470 via bluetooth? I cannot find the file transfer link??

I pressed fn + f5 and it's showing that bluetooth is ON.

i have the same problem on my Z570.  I have used a bluuetooth keyboard for a while with no problem and also connected to other bluetooth peripherals so i know i have bluetooth on here.  

For some reason, the bluetooth icon in the system tray has now gone and when i try to update the drivers i am told i have no bluetooth device.  I have done the Fn f5 thing to no avail.

Services list the bluetooth services as running !? If the bluetooth chip is gone, why are the services running alright?

Am i to assume that my bluetooth has died?
