Ideapad y460p - FN and CTRL bios key swap

Hi All,

I've seen posts for other lenovo systems that can swap the key mapping on th FN and CTRL keys in the bottom left side of the keyboard.

Does anyone know if this update is available / under development? It would help out a lot as my work laptop has the ctrl key in the bottom left and it's freaking me out (and slowing me down).

as you can see here, it's available for y460 ( may not be suitable for y460p ) but it's not official way and if you process the operation, your mainboard may be dead and due to it's not official patch, warranty won't cover the damage.

and i don't think lenovo will publish official patch for swapping the keys.

Yikes - that sounds like it could have unpleasant side effects.
