Is there a way to use ATI/AMD drivers instead of Lenovo ones?

I have the latest Lenovo Drivers for the Y560, but those are from a year ago. Is there anyway I can use the new ATI Catalysts software drivers?

The best advice on this forum for you is to create a windows restore point, and then just go for it. Download the lates AMD/ATI Catalyst for your graphic card from the AMD official website, install it and see if it works. If it doesn't, then just restore the pc back to the restore point that you made before installing the new drivers :smileyhappy:

Normally you can't. But I found this thread in the past that enabled me to use the latest Catalyst Drivers on my previous Toshiba notebook..
