Just bought Y470 and the webcam is not working

Ok so i bought this lenovo laptop 3 days ago at my school's fair.

i tried using the YouCam/Skype but it shows me a black screen or it showsthe desktop

i've tried installing the camera driver and also the camera is enabled.

It shows that the camera is detected but it doesnt show any image.

Im really very dissapointed

Did you uninstall the drivers in programs & features before downloading new ones? Because if you just uninstall the corrupt drivers in device manager  (if they are corrupt) they will just keep on being install from programs & features.
