Keyboard not working , including numberpad

I recently purchased a Lenovo Ideapad Z570. The keyboard and touchpad worked smoothly. Later on, my numberpad doesn't work, as well as some letters. 

List of keys that doesn't work.

  • Number pad
  • Num Lock
  • "T"
  • "Y"
  • backspace

Can anyone please help me? I don't really want send this computer in.
