Lenova y430 One Key Recovery Options

Hello,

 

Recently I bought a y430 laptop, planning to create recovery disks.

Which option should I choose while creating recovery disks if there are any issues with OS or affected with viruses and I need to re-install OS? Do I need to burn to a DVD if I want to restore of factory default or I could directly press One Key Recovery button and restore from factory default?

 

Please advise.
