Lenovo Solution Center - "5888 messages"

Was giving me "1 message" (battery fair) when I was using battery energy star that kept it at 100%

 

Recent advice says use "best battery health" which alows battery to drift down to 45%.

 

as soon as it hit 45%, I get the 5888 messages when mouseover the LSC BIG icon.

 

battery still says fair.

 

Is there any sense to all this?
