I havent added any software except one game which has no startup programs so the only startup apps are the ones that came preinstalled on the Laptop.I purchased it at Bestbuy.I uninstalled the bestbuy app.Unless there are some other apps Im mising.Either way its pretty much stock.

Duplication is a waste of what?Ive looked there as you asked and not one of those issues has been fixed and niether has mine.

try to perform clean windows installation by pressing one key recover button. shut down your computer, press one key recover button to start-up your computer and follow the instructions.
( you can find more information on your user manual )

It works now

So, last night I restored to factory conditions and it worked great. I went and tried to login today and had the same issue. It refuses to load properly. The spinning cursor comes up and it just stops.

just do
plug out, battery out, press power a few times,
battery in, plug in, power up.

press power button for 30-40 seconds after you plug out & battery out.

None Of those methods are working for me. I don't understand what is wrong with this laptop.

do you have any devices or usb dongles connected to it?

Maybe as you suggested in other thread it is just defective and needs to be returned...
