Lenovo V570 not booting

So, my less than a month old V570 was hanging on the welcome screen with the "please wait" that would not go away. I saw the solution many used was to go into safe mode and delete "Veriface." It certainly did stop the problem - now after the Windows Screen all I have is a black screen. Any ideas? I've never had a computer have problems this quickly - and I am quite irritated given that it was a step up in price, rather than down, from what i typically buy.

try resitting the ram for your unit, if that does not work use the recovery media made via OneKey.

you can also try this trick: remove the battery, unplug the ac power, press power button for 30-40 seconds, replace the battery and check if it works.
