Lenovo Y430 Subwoofer troubleshooting

Hi I hear a cracking sound whenever I play videos/music on my ideapad. I think it comes from the subwoofer. Do anyone know how to fix it? I think theres something wrong with the subwoofer. Thanks!

if it is hardware, you will need to contact lenovo support line for replacemen.

by the way, have you check realtek audio manager to change the settings?
