Lenovo Y470 - Thermal Management Buttons and Sound Buttons

Only 3 months old, and the last few days the thermal management buttons along with the controls buttons for sound volume and video flash sporadically.   Then the "windows" for the control of these buttons keep popping up on the screen.  Unless I turn off the computer and restart they keep flashing.  

Computer does not run hot, but the odd thing is when thee buttons flash sometimes they take control of the mute button and turn off the sound!

Any ideas?  thanks

Hello!

My computer (Y470) is not working the thermal button and the onekey theater... I have tried to reinstall the following drivers.... but is not working. Any ideas??? ( sorry about my english )

Hello , 

Please kindly return back intial factory restore using One Key Recovery if you dont remove the OEM partition ! 

How to do one key recovery :

Shut Down the computer. Find the one key recovery button on keyboard area and press on it. It should be look like this below. Then you will see windows is loading files , after that you will see OKR environment. Choose One Key Recovery and Make Restore Intial Back up . Before doing steps , you should back up your personal data photos documents etc if they are on C Drive. Your D drive will not effected by initial restore you can back up  if you dont have external storage device. Let me know if there is something not clear.
