 I have purchased a lenovo Y560 on the promotional Offe in Melbourne, Australia  & my cash back worth AUD 110 is due till now.

It has been more than 12 weeks and i havent received the cash card till now. My Redemption ID is 18284.

Please let me know what needs to be done to ge the same.

Hi,

 It has been more than 12 weeks since i filled the Online redemption form & have sent my proof of purchase.

Lenovo aslo confirmed on  September 14th that they have received my proofs & i will get the card within 10 weeks.

So far no progress or signs of getting my card.
