Try making a clean install of these drivers: download link
So you must go to start->type into the search button: add remove-> click on a first link-> uninstall everything you find from nvidia->you'll have to restart your pc->download the driver from the provided link->start the driver install-> choose custom installation-> check clean installation!!!!!!!-> press next and wait until it says restart now/restart later-> choose restart now, run the game again
Report if it helped bro!

A few useres(including me) reported that the 285.79 is the only "stable" driver for our laptop y570. Try them out and I think they will help. I know for a fact that I and Velenoso666 have had the same problems with newer drivers as you're having, but velenoso666 found out that the 285.79 somehow seem to fix the stuttering/lagging problem. Give them a go by the procedure which i described in my previous post. Oh and good luck!

Thanks for answer! Is there any risk when uninstalling drivers? Just asking to be sure, what i'm doing ![]()

Nope, there is no risk while uninstalling the drivers..As long as you uninstall the nvidia drivers
But you practically cannot miss them hah. Now just do it and I hope you will be pleasantly surprised with the 285.79 drivers..Just stick to my instructions on how to install new drivers and select a clean install and you'll be good to go! Good luck friend!
