Low framerate here and there in my Games..... [Y570] [ Edited ]

When I'm playing Red Orchestra 2 on my Lenovo Y570; the game will run perfectly smooth. The the framerate will drop below 30fps for a little while, then will go back to whatever it was at normally. 

Could this be because of over-heating of my GPU? 

-i7 2670QM

-Geforce GT 555M 1GB

-8GB Ram

-750GB HDD

It says that it is 82 Degrees Celcius when I'm playing my games.

Upgrade the nvidia drivers to 296.10

I would not run my machine at CPU=82C.  I run coretemp on my machine and idle is 45C.  I don't like it to be up at 68C.

Maybe the CPU heatsink needs a bit of a vacuuming!

It's 82, when I playing games, but when it's in idle is about 40-55C
