Muted Speakers

I have a new Ideapad Z565 and when I boot the speakers are always muted. I unmute and it works fine but when I enter the sleep mode and then return the speakers are muted again. Anyone else have this problem?

I don't have this problem with mute, but with Num Lock, any help is appreciated

when you see lenovo logo at start-up press f8 to load safe mode, unmute the volume and restart your computer.

check if it works.
