My laptop system time is getting wrong? please help

the time zone is correctly set in vista . and internet time sync is on. and set to time.windows.com.

 

My laptop is only 2 months old. so can rule out the battery low issue.

 

my bios settings stays but my system time changes even in bios .

 

well i usually remove battery pack from the lappy as i use my lap in AC line 

 

plz help
