Y560 set up to our work loal network. Talking with other computers on the network opening files such as pdf or excel no problem. Accesses the web no problem but when i try to communicate back and forth with programs such as access and TSM (service management database) the laptop comes up with not responding and takes about 2-3 mins to get into the programs. Once in it still locks the screen "not responding" for about a min.
