OK, so here´s a few things:
I have spent two days trying to get an answer for a hardware issue my brandnew U400 has. A BRANDNEW laptop is already failing to deliver? And I paid around 750 euros for that?
The support service is terrible, too. Not only do the mods fail to attend to the user´s questions in due time, but their answers are mostly lacking content and don´t contribute to solve anything.
I am not going to recommend this company to anyone again. Ever. I am terribly dissapointed.

Hi,
since your laptop is new,it may be best for you to call,
Lenovo service in your area,explain your problem,
and they should assist you.
