I get the machine back today. Probably the fastest service job Ive ever witnessed, my machine was in and out. Hopefully tge problem has been fixed. Wont really be able to test it until tomorrow though.

So far so good.

I got the machine back about at 11:00 am EST. I was right, it was a motherboard issue. Upon boot I was pleased to see the tech did not restore my system even though the only thing I was able to put on there was Firefox and my wireless settings. I had to get my old laptop serviced twice and both times they restored my machine when it wasn't needed. I spent some time on it before work without any problems. A total of 11 hours later and everything is running smoothly. I was also surprised when CS called me to ensure the machine was working properly, something my old laptop company would never do.

Hopefully the machine remains in working condition.
