Noise coming from Y450

I have a Y450 with a noise like a small scratching sound coming from the back left side .  Not a constant  even sound like a fan but more of  a random scratching sound. This is my first Lenovo product, was wondering if this is a common problem. Couldn't be the hard drive, laptop is only a month old.
