I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad Y510 (7758 44 Q) in August 2008 with 2 years free extended warranty. I followed the instruction and terms under the ThinkCare Package and completed the registration as per requirement. Last month, July 2010, my laptop has an issue with the Graphics Card which was diagnosed at the Lenovo Service Centre but to repair the laptop I was asked to send scanned copies of machine's invoice and Thinker Package at "india@lenovoreg.com". Its been a month now and even after numerous attempts to contact Lenovo Support and Warranty Registration Team, no action has been taken regarding the issue. This is causing great inconvenience and any help will be generously appreciated.

Thanks a lot for your help. My warranty records have been updated and I have sent my system for repair.
However, the expiration date of warranty period is in Feb. 2011 ( which is 3 years from the date of manufacturing). But, since I brought the system in August 2008 it was my understanding that I would get warranty up to August 2011. Please provide details about the extended warranty policies of Lenovo regarding this issue.

I have just purchased a lenovo ideapad s10-3 and am unable to register my product after filling in the details as on pressing submit it does not submit.
Any help as to how to register any other way is welcome.
