One key recovery not working!

Hi all, as stated on the title, my one-key recovery is not working.

Whenever, I press the recovery button (the host files loads) and when it finishes, it hangs there.

The first time I tried this it was working well.

The last thing I did was to put some files in my D drive (where all the drivers files are) and I tried to delete the files I put and try again but it didn't work.

Any help guys?

please, post the informations as operation system, okr version, lenovo model that you have.

Nope. Still the same. I'm using Lenovo Y460. Windows 7. Okr 7.0

try to burn recovery dvds under windows and use it to restore your system.

hmm ok. I also face another problem. Whenever I pressed alt+ctrl+del, i always get unable to load security options. Any idea what happened?

virus or you don't have admin privileges.

I'm the admin and I run several anti-virus software and cleared all the virus its still there ):

maybe you couldn't delete all.

Yeah think so. Oh ya besides burning into a disc no other ways? Cause I need like 17,650mb disc lol.

if you have an option to run the antivirus before loading windows when you press one key recover button, try.
