OneKey Rescue not compatible with Windows 7

Hi,

I recently installed my complimentary upgrade to Windows 7.0. I was prompted during the installation that the OneKey Rescue 6.0 is not compatible with Windows 7.0. Is there a new program I can download and use?

What happens when I install OneKey 7.0? Is it going to wipe out my factory settings on 6.0? Or does it keep the previous images?

Actually, both those drivers are for 32-bit Windows 7, do you have one for Windows7 64-bit?

The second link is for Windows 7 64-bit but is improperly labeled as 32-bit.

Does OneKey Recovery 7.0 install on top of 6.0 have any effect on the factory image? Also, I installed OKR 7.0 but it doesn't seem to uninstall 6.0. So, currently, I have 2 versions of OKR. Anyone has any experiences?

There is no need to keep OneKey Recovery 6.0 installed. OneKey 7.0 will work fine with any full backup images created by version 6.0. You will need the following file though.

You will have to rename it from factoryInfo.oki to backupInfo.oki. Change backup to reflect the backup image name.

The OneKey Recovery 7.0 for Windows 7 32-bit says it's for IdeaPad U150. Is it compatible with IdeaPad Y450 also? Please advise.

It will work for most, if not all IdeaPads.

There are times when the drivers and software are not updated in a prompt fashion.

I have successfully installed it in Y450 and it works!

I still have another set of questions:

1.) Can I perform system restore of Windows 7 thru the OneKey Rescue System button?

# Backup image file is created using OneKey Recovery 7.0 but OneKey Rescue System is v6.0.

2.) Is OneKey Rescue System v6.0 in hidden partition also upgradeable?
